After you submit this agreement, a member of our team will contact you directly to collect payment information securely and activate your service plan. No card details are collected on this form.

5Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, you must provide written notice by email, mail, or phone.

  • •Monthly Plans: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • •Annual Plans: No refunds or credits will be issued for partial-year cancellations. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current paid term.
  • •Any add-on services are also subject to cancellation in accordance with this policy.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement, including the Automatic Billing Authorization and Cancellation Policy.
